What our Candidates say ...

I was approached by Tribe Recruitment (literally the first telephone call I took – on return from my honeymoon)… totally out of the blue!

The position they were discussing with me was certainly one that I would never have chased down – and here we are 2 weeks later – I have had several further meetings, been offered an excellent job with excellent remuneration and am very excited about my future..

Tribes “networking/headhunting” style of recruiting works really well… especially in an industry like radio – because good calibre people don’t tend to go “looking around” for jobs and hence don’t always know what positions are out there and available. Their approach of asking around to establish names of key players I believe makes them quite unique.

If I were looking to recruit radio specialists and wanted to use an agency – I would turn to Tribe.

Candidate Information

At Tribe Recruitment, our commitment to understanding the recruitment needs of our client is equally mirrored by our commitment to understanding the job and career path needs of our candidates.

Once an individual has been identified as potentially having the background and experience required for the position being recruited for, we commence the Tribe Recruitment consultancy process.

This process is essentially an open in depth two way discussion which facilitates two key things – is the candidate right for the role and is the role/company right for the candidate?

The consultancy process allows the candidate to outline his/her short, medium and long term career wants and needs. Secondly, it allows Tribe Recruitment the opportunity to present to the candidate not just the role, but also a thorough overview of the client’s business and where the particular role sits within the organization.

By giving consideration to the candidate’s professional and personal circumstances during this time and by openly discussing the client company, we are confident that Tribe Recruitment will only shortlist those with the closest match on skill set and overall cultural fit within the company.
