The staff are fantastic and of a high standard.
They are always willing to get stuck in as a member of the team and are proactive, kind and caring. The staff in the office are very helpful. They are organised, can let you know about shift coverage quickly and communicate well with the home, nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you for making our often hectic rota, so much easier to deal with!!
