Tribe Search are recruiting an Internal Sales Executive for our client based in Bognor Regis. The company is a leading Electrical Wholesaler with branches servicing the entire of the UK.
The Role of Internal Sales Executive:
– Focus on developing positive and proactive relationships
– Upselling to key accounts
– Target new accounts
– Delivering excellent customer service both face to face and on the phone
– Ordering stock from manufacturer’s and maintaining stock levels
– Assist on Trade Counter and answer sales queries
– Ensure CRM activity is completed
The Candidate:
– Prior B2B sales experience within a Wholesale Industry– Such as Electrical Wholesalers, Plumbing Merchants, Hardware Shops or Builders Merchants
– Negotiation, quoting and upselling skills
– Excellent communication and time management
– Strong Customer Service skills
– Able to actively collaborate with the team
– An eagerness to keep knowledge current
