Electrical Wholesale Vacancy – Internal Sales – Bath – Salary up to 26k + Bonus Full-time Permanent

We are recruiting for an Internal Sales person on behalf of a successful Electrical Wholesaler in Bath.

The Job: 

• Proactive telephone sales – new, lapsed & existing business
• Handling incoming phone calls and Trade Counter enquiries
• Processing orders and quotes using the company systems
• Sourcing products and placing orders
• Continuously building relationships with customers, providing high levels of customer service at all times
• Liaising with suppliers
• Ensuring all records, systems and paperwork are kept up-to-date
• Dealing with and resolving any customer queries
• General administration duties as required
• Know your customers and your competition

The Candidate: 

• Good electrical wholesale product knowledge
• Telephone sales experience
• Ability to work with a team and individually
• Strong communicator
• Dynamic, personable and able to build relationships with customers
