We are looking for caring and passionate individuals to join a team of Residential Childcare Workers. You must be a driver with a full UK driving license as we need to transport children to school, contact, activities etc. Although you may not have experience of working within a Children’s Residential Home setting with children and young people of either gender, between the ages of 8 and 17 years old who may have mild to moderate learning disabilities, have experienced trauma or have emotional/behavioural difficulties. we recognise that there are a range of life experiences and transferrable skills that would be a welcome addition to our team.
You will be supported within your role in the home and you will receive training to enable you to succeed in your role.
We can also accommodate you if you are a student at college or university through offering a range of contracts including full time (40 hours), part time (26 hours) or pool (zero hours).
