Support Worker – Durham Full-time Part-time Temporary

As a Support Worker with Tribe Recruitment, you will already have some experience of working with complex, varied needs – and be able to draw on and build upon it in your work. You’ll be responsible, an excellent communicator, and able to adapt to changing scenarios and challenging situations from day to day.

What we’d love to see from you

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
• A minimum of 6 months experience supporting residents with learning disabilities, mental health and challenging behaviours
• A driving licence
• Be fully flexible to meet the needs of clients including last minute sickness cover
• Adaptable – able to cover a mix of days, evenings, weekends and nights
