Support Worker- Nights Temporary

Tribe Recruitment are looking for Support Workers to help with Supporting vulnerable people & children in their own homes who may require care following a period in hospital or a decline in their wellbeing

To visit them for a time limited period and assist to set goals to promote independence and confidence – workers will also respond if the customer presses an alarm for support

A full UK driving license is required- a company vehicle will also be provided on duty

Workers will follow a set rota featuring the following shifts:  Overnight 8:45pm-7:30am 4 nights on 4 nights off

£11.98 per hour with an enhanced rate for hours worked between 10pm-6am

It is essential that the candidate has

• A positive caring outlook
• Excellent written and communication skills
• The ability to work shifts ( including evenings, weekends & Bank Holidays )
• Valid Enhanced DBS
• Proof of valid Driving License

Suitable candidates will be asked to attend an interview where a range of questions will be asked to ascertain the candidates previous experience, skills and knowledge
