Co-owner of the business, Nicola’s background is very much sales and customer service focused. Starting her career in Retail Management with M&S, Nicola then moved into a National Accounts role in the drinks industry.  After gaining four more years sales and product procurement experience in Airline Retail, Nicola has worked within Tribe as Marketing Director and at improving the customer experience.  In her spare time, Nic spends time with family looking after their horse, walking the dogs and improving her baking skills!
