I have been using Tribe recruitment for several weeks now due to vacancies and sickness within my service and have found them to be very helpful despite the rurality of our service.

Tribe is efficient in what they do.  I valued their responsiveness when trying to source staff  – be that positive or negative.

One of the health care workers we have used in 2 of my homes from Tribe –  Karlinah –  is excellent and a credit to the agency.  She is reliable and hard-working and positive feedback has been given from residents and staff.
